Optimizing for Google Mobile First Indexing

Google has introduced the concept of mobile first index. According to mobile first index Google will look at indexing the mobile version of any website first and then fallback to the desktop version if it does not find a mobile version. One of the most important factors that webmasters should look into is the speed of the mobile sites. Google expects half a second page speed. It is important that mobile index have well optimized pages, minified codes, effective browser cache use and less redirects. By ensuring these factors are taken care off webmasters can be sure of having a crawler friendly website that will have its ranking boosted. It is also important not block CSS, images and other coding that were earlier blocked for various reasons.
