Oneplus 5 Phone

What features can you expect from 2017’s most foreseen Mobile Phone OnePlus 5?

One can never get enough of seeing people going crazy over new mobile phones. Saying that 2017 seems a great year for OnePlus fans, well blame it on mobile technology. Developers around the world do seem to be unsatisfied as they keep giving newer versions of every mobile phone we find.

As I said the cell phone craziness is keeping people on the edge of their seat. The OnePlus 5 wave has started to create a ripple in the fan club, why? Also, the features of OnePlus5 are being compared to iPhone 7, so, is there any similarity between these two devices?

Learn More about OnePlus5

We all know the pain of not having a 3.5mm headphone jack in iPhone 7, and to make it worse we had to endure the same even in iPhone 7 plus. So why did they choose to ignore or remove such an important feature?

Despite the harsh feedback from fans, Apple took its stand, saying that it is for new features like A10 Fusion processor and the battery cell.

It is not official, yet there are rumors that even OnePlus 5 may take the same path. Well to be clearer, even OnePlus 5 may come without the 3.5mm headphone jack. Disappointing right? But it cannot be helped.

It may look like a modest addition, but a headphone jack is the most important component of a mobile phone. The horror of not finding a simple headphone jack will surely create an overwhelming atmosphere.

Does this mean we need to start depending more on USB-C? Leave that question there and ask whether it was a step by Apple to go wireless? This question I know will raise more eyebrows.

What are the Key Features of One Plus 5?

Apart from the ‘key feature’, which seems to be missing from this gadget, let’s concentrate more on things that are present. While the competition is killing developers from one side, the tech giants are getting under pressure due to the burgeoning competition.

Great design with solid features is what people look for, and with hoards of devices to compare they will not leave any stone unturned to do the same.

If we go back to the older versions, the OnePlus series had offered a lot. OnePlus 3T, for instance came with the latest Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 821 chip, so we can obviously expect something better from the next higher version.

Not a definite one, but rather take it as a rumor, because OnePlus 5 is believed to be powered by a Snapdragon 835 processor and comes with an internal memory of 64GB. Packed with 8GB of RAM, OnePlus 5 is featured with a 23-megapixel primary camera on the rear and 16-megapixel shooter on the front for selfies.

It is reported that this device is being run on a 4000mAh battery and also that the device is offering numerous connectivity options including Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth, USB OTG, 3G, and 4G. And the display? Sorry, I forgot, well you can expect the same as that of One Plus 3T, which had 5.5-inch full HD display.
